Where does 101 Copenhagen ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our central warehouse in Denmark. We offer worldwide shipping to bring our sculptural designs to your home, wherever you are located.
How should I care for my ceramic vases?
Most of our ceramics are hand-glazed and unique. We recommend cleaning them with a soft, dry cloth. Please note that many of our decorative vases are not 100% waterproof; we suggest using a small liner if you intend to display fresh flowers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, a significant portion of our collection is finished by hand. This ensures that every piece has a unique surface texture and character, reflecting the organic materials and craftsmanship we value.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within Europe typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders outside of Europe may take 7-12 business days depending on customs processing and your local courier.
