Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage to fragile ceramics and glassware during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
